Service Description

We have all been on a ride for the last couple of years and it is time to look at where we have been, where we are and where we truly wish to be. To heal our wounds, pick ourselves up off the floor and manifest something new for 2024. We will be providing lunch. Registered participants will receive an itinerary, an intro to Integrative Breathing and a list of items to bring to the workshop.
