Both Men and Women Welcome This one day workshop is for anyone looking to do some deep energetic healing work. The work we will be doing includes Integrative (Conscious) Breathing, Sound Journey, Journaling, Cocoa, Gentle Movement and a Fire Ceremony to close. It is time to be heard, to be seen and to clear out stagnant energy. If you are ready to go deep within yourself in a safe and loving environment join us Saturday March 11 at 7th Ray Studio. This is a jam packed day starting right at 9 am so you need to be here on time. We will be providing lunch. Registered participants will receive an itinerary, an intro to Integrative Breathing and a list of items to bring to the workshop.
